Please contact us at (281) 298-5522 regarding water leaks and sewage backups. The City may be of assistance in determining if a sewage backup is the result of the City's main collection line or a private residential sewer line.

The tables below show the water and sewer rates for the City of Shenandoah. The consumption charges are the same for all users for water and sewer, except residential sewer customers will be charged $2.00 per 1,000 gallons with a maximum consumption of 10,000 gallons. Water bills reflect consumption per 1,000 gallons (10 = 10,000). There's an additional $0.66 per 1,000 to cover fees for the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District and Groundwater Reduction Plan.
