City Secretary
The City Secretary is responsible for documenting the formal proceedings of the City Council, both before and after public meetings, as well as the activities of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Shenandoah Municipal Development District and other boards and committees. She also maintains official City records and documents, administers municipal elections and supports city events.
